1:1 Coaching and Mentoring

Highly personalized coaching and mentoring based upon your own specific needs and goals.  Can be driven by the individual or initiated by a superior in the organization.  Close interpersonal interactions can be monthly, bi-monthly or weekly based upon the objectives.  Custom tailored to the needs of the individual and the company.  Focus is on identifying strengths and leveraging them toward greater fulfillment of purpose.  AcuMax Index and Working Genius Assessment tools used as indicated. Coaching process results in enhanced leadership development, increased confidence, and better performance.

According to the International Coaching Federation, coaching is a thought-provoking and creative partnership that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential, often unlocking previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.  Coaching is often skills-focused.  Mentoring is based upon the prior experience of the person providing the support, and is informed by wisdom, insights and guidance.  Both coaching and mentoring are development techniques that utilize the skills of listening, questioning, clarifying and reframing, and share one-to-one conversations as the main interaction technique in order to enhance an individuals' skills, knowledge or work performance.  Always in a setting of confidentiality.  It is up to the recipient of the coaching and mentoring to implement action steps to create forward development.

 

Group Facilitation

 

Engaging a group of individuals (8-12) in a guided, open, exploratory discussion about an issue or opportunity that is identified by the group or those who lead the group.  The purpose is to create an environment in which participants are comfortable expressing and delving into themselves, and inspiring each other in a supportive way so as to gain a deeper understanding, engendering self and team improvement.
